Company Appoints Three New Vice Presidents to Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services; Significantly Boosts Client Service Teams

Following strong revenue growth in 2004, e-Dialog's headcount has increased by 60 percent with the appointment of three members to the senior management team and significant expansion of all client-facing professional service teams.

Appointments in 2004 to e-Dialog's senior management team include:

  • John Polcari, vice president of sales. Prior to e-Dialog, Polcari was senior vice president of sales at BeNOW and previously held executive level positions in database and internet marketing at Genesys Conferencing, Hill Holiday Advertising, Epsilon, GE Capital and American Express. Polcari graduated from St. Anselm College with a bachelor's degree and attended advanced business management programs at Harvard University and University of Notre Dame.
  • Arthur Sweetser, vice president of marketing and professional services. With two decades of experience, Sweetser was most recently senior vice president of marketing at S&H Greenpoints where he was responsible for customer relationship management, marketing, promotions, and the grocery industry's fastest growing loyalty program. He held previous positions with Hill Holiday, Converse and Ogilvy & Mather. Sweetser holds a bachelor of science degree from Babson College.
  • Michael Wexler has been promoted to vice president of strategy and analytics. Prior to joining e-Dialog, Wexler worked as research manager for Microsoft Corporation where he supervised the integration of media measurements, internal systems and external research for MSN.com and other Microsoft online investments. He served as director of research and measurement for Nicholson/NY, an interactive agency, and was manager of measurement and analysis at Strategic Interactive Group (now Digitas), where he created and managed strategic measurement programs for Fortune 100 clients, including AT&T, IBM, L.L.Bean, Mobil and Kodak. Wexler is a candidate for a doctorate in social psychology and is frequently quoted in leading trade journals about his views on e-mail analytics.
